Community collaboration is an essential part of this project. ODOT will be looking to you to help shape the project. We invite and encourage you to get involved.
Stay in the loop by viewing our past email updates or by signing up for our mailing list on our news page.
We want to hear from you as we continue work to design the project in cooperation with the community. Call us at 503-470-3127 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or comments.
We host a variety of events to share information, get input on the project and answer your questions, including open houses, discussion groups, and tabling events. We also have monthly committee meetings, where two community-led committees meet with the project team and advise on topics such as project design and contracting guidelines. Visit our Events and Meetings page to attend our next meeting or event!

ODOT is pursuing its most ambitious Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and on-the-job training workforce goals to date. We are intentionally setting contracting and workforce goals to hire Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. We have identified over 100 potential types of construction opportunities that small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises can bid on.
If you are you a member of a community organization, non-profit or business that would like to hear more about the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, we’d like to hear from you! We have a speaker and a slide deck ready to join your upcoming meeting to present the latest project information and answer your questions. A monthly Lunch and Learn with invited audiences is also a possibility. Let’s talk!
